Model: Archer C5400X
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Whenever I turn on IPv6 in the router settings and test for an IPv6 connection, an IPv6 connection isn't detected. I tried disabling IPv4 in the network settings, but that completely disconnects me from the internet. Is there something i'm doing wrong?

@Jaime1

Here is a FAQ we have regarding it, its for the C3150, but the UI should be the same: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1645/

You may need to contact your ISP for information.

I had to try different settings to get IPv6 to work from my ISP (Comcast). Each ISP may be different. I used WAN connect type DHCPv6, Get IPv6 prefix delegation on, Get IPv6 DNS Server Automatically on, IPv6 Address Assign Type SLACC, and IPv6 Address Prefix as :: and got it to work. Be sure to hit the save button. I may have also powered cycled the router also which I tend to do after making changes. Hope this helps.
