You should be seeing a setup.exe file, you would double click on that and follow the set up to install the drivers.

If you see the files below instead on the drive then you need to manually install the driver. Follow this guide and it will show you how to do that. For Step 9 browse to the Windows 8 64-bit folder and choose that inf file: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/920/

1. I see 2 folders, 7files, none of the files are a setup file. There is a setup file in TL-WN881ND folder, Is that the file I double click on. I looked in a folder named plugins, I saw a setupUi.dll file there.

@RFwoodwork I see a setup file in a folder named TL-WN881ND, that is the file I doubleclick on right.
