Hi all,

 

I'm having trouble connecting my smart devices to my wifi network. I initially purchased the Deco S4 and now have the Deco P9 - just to test if it was a hardware problem.

 

I can get online with all laptops and smart phones. However, I can't connect any Amazon Echos, smart lock, bulbs and switches to the network. I'm not sure if there's anything I need to enable in order to grant access. The devices that cannot connect all give the "please check internet status" error.

Try either of the following. Disable fast roaming, and also try enabling the guest network and only enable one wireless band.
