I have the Pharos CPE210. Went through the installation process and thought we had it. Went to sign in and we can see the WIFI signal, but it will not connect.
Any thoughts why? Can we reset our password?
Connect to the main router, and try to log into the CPE to check the wireless password. If you have issues logging into it, reference this guide on tips that should help: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2578/
If you are still unable to login you can default the CPE and set it up again: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2082/
