Slow 2.4ghz speeds, need help!

My 5ghz is getting about 250 mbps and my 2.4ghz is getting 1-2mbps and cuts out completely at times. Have pretty basic settings. 1 lan connection to work computer that's running a vpn. But do need 2.4ghz to work ASAP for other work related equipment.

@Tony I tried all these methods last night while i was talking to technical support. They couldnt find an answer for me and said someone would be reaching out.

Move over to Ethernet for your work equipment. I would assume they are not wireless only.
Even possibly using a computer to share the internet connection to other wireless devices while having that computer on the 5GHz.
Support is able to escalate cases if they are not able to resolve it so it would be highly recommended to continue to follow up with them.
