Model: RE650
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version:

I have a question.

If I setup the RE650 as a WiFi extender to my existing WiFi router, then I connect an ethernet cable to the ethernet port on thr RE650, to a switch,.. will multiple devices be able to utilize this extender to reach the Internet? I know they would be sharing the bandwidth of that WiFi connection between RE650 and the WiFi router, but that is OK for now. Just wanted to verify that this will work, and make sure the RE650 doesn't have a limitation that would only allow one device to utilize the ethernet port this way.

Thanks for reading :)

@JohnSkinner

You should be able to attach a switch and wired devices. The DHCP requests will go through the extender and out to the router.

Anyone else have this setup working and can confirm if Tony's guess is correct? Sounds correct. Just looking for confirmation.
