Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 20200628 Rel. 48846

I have a deco connected to a TL-SG1016PE and the connection status says it's only running at 100Meg and the switch keep flashing the port status in Yellow on and off once a second.  I can't see any reasion why it's doing this or not connecting correctly.

@JMGINN

If you were to connect your computer using the same Ethernet cable that goes from the Deco to the switch do you get a link speed of 1 Gbps? If that works, swap the cable with the one your computer was using going to the switch, mainly to see if both cables give gigabit speeds from the computer to the Deco.

@Tony It make no differance which cable I use the device only connects at 100Mb.  The Deco is connected on port 9.  Also on Port 1 I have a switch which also have a second deco but this device will not connect over the cable which it should do.

My previous post was mentioning to ignore the TL-SG1016PE and to use your computer to connect directly to the Deco to see what link speed you get. If you get a gigabit connection, then the issue may be the switch itself.

At which I would recommend reaching out to your local support team for further assistance: link
