Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: new today

No 2.4g from 3 A7 routers, one just opened & setup. New A7 worked soon as it set up,then I did Firmware update and no more 2.4 G wireless

Are you using One Mesh? I am wondering if it is on and using the 2.4 as a back haul.

You could also do a factory reset on the router and see if both default wireless networks show up.
