Archer A20 power light rapidly flashing

I have an Archer A20 router that powers on, all of the LEDs come on for a brief second, and then the power light starts rapidly flashing blue. I get no WiFi signal from the router, and I can't communicate with it via the ethernet ports. It's basically dead.
The sticker on the bottom of the router with the serial number is partially peeled off because it got some tape on it, so I don't have a serial number to be able to get a replacement from TP-Link. I have no idea when the router was purchased, and I have no receipt.
Is there anything I can do to salvage this router, or is it pretty much beyond hope? Any back door method I can try to reset this router, or is it most likely a hardware problem that cannot be resolved since I don't have a serial number or receipt?

@ArcherC8 Yeah, I tried the 30-30-30 as well, and it did nothing. I have already talked with TP-Link Support, and they said there's nothing they can do without a valid serial number. Looks like I have a new doorstop.
