Model: Deco M5

Firmware Version:

Does the Deco provide any connectivity logs? My Comcast connection has been dropping intermittently over the last month. Comcast is pointing to my equipment saying that they've shown a consistent stream of incoming service from their end. I'm looking for a log that keeps track of any incoming service interruptons, or that the deco itself disconnected.

@Mike_P

You could log into the Deco via the UI, that is where you can get the system logs: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2641/

For connection interruptions, I would also check the modem system logs in the ISP device, and look for critical 3 or critical 4 errors. Those errors pertain to the internet signal not being stable which causes random service drops.
