Deco x60 Parental control - Pausing on schedule not working
My Setup looks like this, but at 10pm which should be paused, was not. Any idea how to correct other than rebooting? Anyone else having the same issue?
Also, I had suggested to be able to pause an indívidual device rather that the whole profile. And if paused, once the "Until Time" is executed, it then resumes.

@Tony checked the GUI, and yes it was set to the right country and timeframe.
So today apparently all the devices in that profile went off as they should at 9pm, but the app was showing them as still working (showing the pause symbol vs then play symbol to resume) but I was unable to turn them back on. The only solution was to remove the device from the profile. It then resumed.
so something is not right. Will try rebooting.

Ya, that is not sounding right.
What is the firmware version your Deco is running? Also, the version of your Kasa app.

Do you happen to have another smartphone to see if you see the same issue?
With respect to the existing phone, reinstall the Deco app if that has not been done in case there was an issue with the initial install.
You mentioned removing the device so your profiles have only one device added?

@Tony I'll try reinstalling the software. I'll also try with another phone too. But the profiles have more than one device. It appears once the profile hits the "Bed Time" hour, in this case, 9 pm, the app does not show the profile to be in a paused state. As in this example: (2 screenshots). Is this normal?

I inquired for additional information regarding the workings and got this piece of information:
1. When the profile shows a pause symbol, it means the profile has internet at the moment. And you can press the pause symbol to pause the profile. Once you press the pause symbol, all the internet will stop for this profile. And all the rules you set in the profile won't take effect either.
2. When the profile shows a play symbol, it means the profile has no internet at the moment as it's been paused. The internet won't recover except that the customer presses the play symbol again.
It shows the profile status in the same way as a Youtube video. Once you click on the screen of a Youtube video, there will show a play symbol in the middle of the screen. Once you click the play symbol, the video will continue to stream.
When the profile is un-paused (shows a pause symbol), the time control rules in the profile will take effect. For example, the customer has set the bedtime as 9:00 pm to 6:30 am. Then it's normal that the customer will lose internet after 9:00 pm. The internet won't recover until 6:30 am the next day. During this process, the profile will show a pause symbol all the time (which means the profile is working at the moment).

@Tony "During this process, the profile will show a pause symbol all the time (which means the profile is working at the moment)."
That's odd, should it tell you it's paused? That would logical. So the symbol should turn to play indicating the internet is off at the moment. That's how one knows it's working or in that off state, btwn 9pm and 6:30 am.
