Is it possible to pair our AirTies 4930 with our Deco M9 plus and use the AirTies as somewhat of a network switch as some of our devices at home only support internet over ehternet and we are not possible to place our M9 plus close enough to thoose devices.

If the device is able to pair with any generic router it should work for the Deco. The Deco had a WPS connection feature that you should be able to use as well: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2332/
