Deco M5 stuck in startup mode, won’t reset
Hello,
Back in July I ordered two Deco M5 units to add to my existing M9 Plus network. I successfully added one of two new M5 satellite devices to the mesh network. Now, when trying to add the 2nd device (s/n 2194731B00495 US 2.8) the 2nd unit never moves past the "yellow light" startup sequence despite multiple attempts and resets. I even tried to make it the main deco for a new network connected to the internet via ethernet cable, but no luck, it never reaches "flashing blue" discovery mode. Not seeing any other options to perform a factory reset or otherwise get it past this issue. Any other recourse?
