i have my pc connected to my AC1750 RE450 randomly throughout the day it just disconnects randomly idk why and the extender never turns off.

Look at the circle LED to see if it ever turns red, if so, move the extender closer to the router. As far as your computer, if you are connected via Wi-Fi, forget your main wireless network as it might have a tendency to jump over and connect to your main network causing a disruption in the connection.

The same thing is happening to me.  We will be on our laptop(s) and it just drops the signal.  It is not bumped by our main signal.  I think the product is faulty.  Does anyone have a recommendation to fix this?

@axlady if you search through the forum you will see that it's a common issue for this model and that TP-Link is completely unable to provide a solution. I bought 2 models and both were returned for this issue. Sadly, that's what I'd recommend you to do too.
