Just got my Deco 3 pack around the beginning of the year.  Today all of the sudden the nodes stoppped connecting to the internet.  Connecting a laptop directly through the modem worked fine.  The phone app would not connect to the Deco units although the lights appeared green.   Decided to reset the 3 units.  2 of the 3 were able to reconnect.  The 3rd unit  shows a solid yellow light.  Even pressing the reset button returns to the solid yellow light.  

Is there other steps that can be taken to factory reset the unit or do I need to return it since it is new?
