I set up my camera system with a static ip and can see and access it on wifi. I want to port forward it but the system does not show up on the device list. Is there a way to input the ip address manually or some other  solution?

You probably are not able to see it due to the camera having a self-static IP address. What you can do is set the camera to grab an IP via DHCP, then reserve an IP address in the Deco system this way: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1795/

 

Once you do that, you can then set up the port forwarding rules.
