Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have the DHCP reservation pool set to 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.250.  I am trying to reserve 192.168.0.2 to a specific computer.  The router refuses to assign this address.  It will assign any other address in the range, just not the first one.  This is very annoying since there are literally 50 places on my network that assume that this is the addresss.

I tried getting around this by setting the pool to 192.168.0.1 (the router address) to .250.  This didn't work either.

It seems to me that there is an obvious "off by 1" error in the router firmware.  Technical support is worse than useless since (in spite of the fact that I asked 3 timers to confirm it) that the rep had no idea with DHCP was in the first place.

Has anyone else run into this problem and/or been able to get around it?
