I recently upgraded the firmware to the latest version and after completing the upgrade, my Sonos system stopped working and was not visible on the Sonos app or in Spotify. I tried troubleshooting with the Sonos App and was able to rediscover the devices but after 2 minutes of playing music the system dropped again and was no longer visible. I had a similar issue with previous firmware versions for the AX6000, where devices across bands could not see each other. I had installed a beta firmware at the recommendation of tp-link which fixed the issue but it seems that the new firmware upgrade is causing issues with Sonos again.

 

Anyone else experienced issues with the new firmware with devices dropping? Is there going to be another firmware version soon that fixes this or can I revert back to my old firmware?

Hi,

 

did you manage to resolve your Sonos issue? I'm holding off from updating at the moment - had enough Sonos issues shortly after buying the Ax6000 originally - I also went through using yhe beta firmware.
