Hi,

 

I'm having connectivity issues with the splitter. I'm trying to use it on my PS4 & PC, but both aren't connecting to my service. I can't seem to find out why. I saw some other posts one here, but I don't understand how they fixed the issue. So the current setup is modem--> splitter-->router / PC / PS4. I've tried disconnecting the router from the loop to see if that helps, but nothing happens. I've been at this for over a week & still can't figure it out. Thanks in advance for the help.

Its how you have the switch wired.  You should be going Modem > Router > Switch > Client Devices.  With the switch wired to the modem only one port can be active.
