The 5g network repeatedly drops out while 2.4 is stable. The fix is to unplug the router and plug it back in. Any suggestions?

Hello, what is the device or devices that connect to the AX21 5G network? Are all of them disconnecting frequently? If that's the case, try to change the wireless mode to 802.11 a/n/ac mixed for the 5GHz band, then monitor again.
If the issue persists then maybe the wireless interference in your areas is substantial. Install a Wi-Fi analyzer on your laptop and search for the less crowded channel, then set it in your 5GHz band.
