Just installed Archer AX11000 router.

 I am trying to setup a FTP server using the port forwarding function. From outside, there is no connection to my IP.

 

ping my IP:  no connection.

 

ping my IP using the diagnostic tool in the TP link manage interface, it worked. 

 

 

I've turned off all firewall and antivirus functions.

 

What am I missing here?

Firstly, please check and ensure you can access the FTP server in the local network from another device.

 

Then, go through this guide to review all the settings for port forwarding on the AX11000:
