Archer AX11000: cannot ping my IP, prot forwarding is not working

Archer AX11000: cannot ping my IP, prot forwarding is not working
Just installed Archer AX11000 router.
I am trying to setup a FTP server using the port forwarding function. From outside, there is no connection to my IP.
ping my IP: no connection.
ping my IP using the diagnostic tool in the TP link manage interface, it worked.
I've turned off all firewall and antivirus functions.
What am I missing here?
