Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20210719 rel.14861(5553)

I just replaced my Spectrum internet with Tmobile 5G home internet.  The Tmobile internet speed is on par with Spectrum.  My AX11000 router's WAN port is connected to Tmobile 5G home internet Gateway's LAN port.  192.168.12.x is the 'WAN' network of the Tmobile 5G segment while the rest of my 'LAN' segment behind my AX11000 router is 192.168.0.X.  The clients on the two networks are totally separate and can't communicate with each other.

I do notice all clients that are sitting behind the AX11000 are 40% slower than clients that are directly connected to the Tmobile 5G gateway. Is there a way to turn my AX11000 into a router that supports two network segments (192.168.12.x and 192.168.0.x) while allowing all clients to communicate with each other?

I have turn off the SPI firewall on my AX11000.

@VM-Serverguy

You can either turn the Tmobile Gateway into bridge mode and leave the AX11000 as the main gateway and the DHCP server, or switch the AX11000 to work as an Access Point like this.

Here is a user story describing the network layout, you can have a look.

Kevin, either solution will still require me to change my internal AX11000 LAN segment of 192.168.0.x into the network segment of Tmobile which is 192.168.12.x, correct?  (Tmobile doesn't allow me to change the IP range on their side).  The bad part about changing my 192.168.0.x network is having too many IOT devices that require physically changing them to something else (external security cameras, door bells, etc).

Hello @VM-Serverguy, that's too bad. If that is the case, you need to keep the network as you described and it's hard to change it.

Back to the speed issue that you are reporting, can I confirm how did you test it? Please describe it in detail, then we can see if we can improve it. You can also follow the below guide to check and ensure you have configured the QoS settings correctly on the router (If you have ever modified the settings):
