Archer A7 and TC 7620 Modem Teardown and Release Constantly

Hello,
For the past month I have been getting consistent teardown and release messages within the tp link management console. My ISP says they are detecting no connection issues from their end and as soon as I replug the modems cable line the connection establishes again without fail.
I can't attach my logs right now but here is a sample from today (subnet=255.255.255.0;router=192.168.100.1;lease=30;serverid=192.168.100.1;)
