I see the name of my iPhone 13, which is Bobby's iPhone 13, when I QoS/Add/List devices, but my wife's iPhone 13 is listed as "network device." I know it's hers by matching the MAC addresses. I checked her iPhone About setting and the About/Name is set to Paula's iPhone 13. Why is this not listed as the device name?

  Hey @Mikeiz,

If you cannot see the device in the router devices list with a name, this may be a result of having private wifi addressing turned on. The Private Wifi Addressing Setting is a client option that purposefully hides the name and address of the device. On your wifies iPhone, this setting can be found in the settings for the wifi that you are connected to.

 

This should be the cause of your issue, but let me know if it still does not appear.
