Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Just installed this Deco X68 two-pack to replace an old Eero 3-piece (router and two beacons). I'm having coverage issues in our long, skinny, two-floor home. I don't see an option at Amazon etc to buy just one X68 unit, so how best to add a node to this network? Will a particular TPLink range extender to the job?

  @Elgibby01 You can not use Extenders with a Mesh Wi-Fi. 

You can add any Deco Mesh Node to your existing Deco Mesh, it does not need to be the same model. Any Deco node will work. There are a lot of single Deco Nodes available, check Amazon.
