Firmware Version: Updated

Just bought the AX4400 and everytime I look there is an unknown connected even after changing the password. Ther is no way something out of my controle could have the new password, I really cna tfigure out what is going on? Can anyone help me?

Do you have an wired devices connected to your router other than the modem?

Some devices change the MAC such as Apple on the newer IOSs called private network feature ( each network uses a different MAC ) Look at the prefix a that may help to identify the device.
