I have seen another thread regarding overheating issues with the Archer AX50 that was closed. We are encountering the same problem. Our ISP uses only this router, our first one kept dropping wifi connections on various devices. We received "couldn't authenticate" type messages on all types of devices, even when sitting next to the router. We noticed the router was quite hot. After awhile, our ISP replaced it with a brand new AX50. Within a week, we were encountering the same issue of overheating and dropped connections on the replacement device as well. We have about 20-25 devices connected to wifi at any given time and 4 wired connections.

Is there anyway to fix this? I have tried so many different router settings, updating firmware, etc, factory resets, changing wifi channels. Nothing seems to help. It's not device or OS specific, same issue on Android, iOS, Windows and Linux devices, whether mobile or laptop. Please help us with any suggestions, it's driving us insane! Thanks.
