Model: Deco X55
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20221102 Rel. 66085

Sorry I can't identify the hardware version, the app says there is some sort of cloud issue and won't let me in.  Assuming I can ever get in the app again, is there a way to power cycle the system from in there?  I have 4 x55's scattered about my house, it seems silly to run around like a wildman trying to unplug them all just to power cycle the system.

Thanks.

  @methuselah It is there for my M5's.  From the main screen on the app, click on one of your Deco's and it will bring up this screen.  On the top right of that screen is a menu....

Reboot Network will cycle all of them (entire system).

If you click on each individual Deco from within this screen you can reboot them individually.

At least this is how it is with my M5 setup in AP mode.

  @methuselah,

The process to reboot through the deco app will be relatively the same for any deco model. You can find a FAQ on where the setting is here: Rebooting Your Deco

If your device cannot communicate with the Deco network through either a direct connection to the Wi-Fi network or through the cloud, you may still need to manually reboot the deco units. I did not see any mention of a cloud issue on our end, so it may be that your decos cannot connect to the cloud, which is usually fixed with a reboot of the main deco.

I would try to log out of your TP-Link ID and then relog in, then try to access the deco's settings while you are not connected to your home wi-fi network.

Thank you. I thought I had seen it but when I went looking for it today I could not find it. Will try again when/if I can get in.

Thanks Riley, one more question, kind of related. I can't get into my Deco's thru the app at all it wants to force me to go through the set up process again which I don't want to do. Is there a way around having to redo the set up? The Deco's are up and operational, I can use the wifi I just can't access them through the app it's odd.
