Solution to anyconnect VPN issues.
So after 3 weeks of emailing customer support, I had connected with a network engineer in China time (12 hrs from my local EST). After a few sessions with wireshark, it was found out that Deco doesn't set the router's gateway address as the top DNS entry. So the solution to my VPN connection issues was to add the gateway address (i.e. 192.168.168.1) in the app -> Advanced -> DHCP Server -> Primary DNS.
Just wanted to share if anyone else is having trouble.
