Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(5553)

Had anybody encountering an issue of AX10000 all of a sudden losing connection to Arris SB8200?

nothing was done to the router, it just lost conneciton and couldn't reconnect. No amount of reboots (including modem reboot from COX) and even router reset helped.

Connection to the modem is set as Dynamic IP, tried different ethernet cables - no luck at all.

 

Connected my old Asus Rt-N56U trough WAN port to modem and everything worked. COnnected Wan port of AX10000 to the Asus router and now it shows as connected to the internet. like nothing had happened.

tried to connect AX10000 to the modem again - same issue again.

  @Eugene2727 try powering off the modem and router. Wait 5-10 min. Power up the modem and wait 5 min then power up the router.
