I cannot sign into icloud.com from my PC connected to the Archer AX6000. Neither wired nor wi-fi. I get an error every time. I can connect my PC to the hotspot on my smart phone and it works. It will not work connecting thru the tp-link router.

I have worked with Apple on this for hours, and the only thing they said was it would not work thru my router, but since it did work on the hotspot via my phone. They suggested I contact the manufacturer of my Router.
