Archer AX50 5gz Wifi stopped working suddenly
Hello,
I have had the Archer AX50 for almost 2 years now and it has been running stable. I do not use Smart Connect and I have 2 distinct SSIDs for each network (one for 2.4 and another for 5G).
However, last night the 5G wifi stopped working completely. Every device that connects to 5Ghz was unable to connect at all. 2.4 Ghz still works.
I have followed various instructions found on these community threads including: rebooting, power cycling, checking the ISP modem, updating firmware, changing the 5G channel to a lower channel (and others), changing the transmit power to medium and low. Nothing works.
Is my only option to request a replacement?
