Parental Controls schedule not working

Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

When I set up parental controls in the app, the PC I am controlling immediately suspends access to the internet.  The only way to restore it is to turn off parental controls.

On the older TP-Link router, the controls worked.  I have checked the address, the calendar and clock on the PC.  The one item that has changed is the new router.  Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi, may I have the screenshot of your parental control settings?

Please check the router system time on Advanced->System->Time Settings page to see if it is correct or not, if the system time is incorrect, the parental control will take effect at wrong time as well since it is based on the router system time.

In addition, may I know the hardware and firmware version of your Archer AX3000?
