VPN Not Working
Trying to connect to a new Watchguard VPN for work and I keep getting an error message that reads:
(SSLVPN Authentication Failed)
Could not download the configuration from the server.
Do you want to try to connect using the most recent configuration?
When I select yes, I get another message that reads:
Watchguard Mobile VPN with SSL
Disconnected!
My IT manager believes there is something with my home network that is creating this problem. We were using Permeter81 previously and I could connect with no problems. I don't have good enough cell service to test this VPN through my phone's Hot Spot unfortunately.
I'm hoping I can get some help here so I can get back to doing my work remotely.
*EDIT - I got to an area where I had 5G wirless. Used my hot spot - same result. Must not be the Deco??
