I'm new at using the USB drive on the router for file sharing, and trying to access the USB drive through File Explorer. When i click on "TP-Share" under "Media Devices", The browser window "Trying to configure the Router?" opens.

If I go through the "Run" app and type in the IP address, it does open the USB drive. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?
