I currently have a EERO router supplied by my ISP and I don't like the fact that I do not have a web interface with it like I had when I had a TP Link AC 1750 router

I had a TP Link AC1750 Router along with two TP Link N300 CPE antennas plus another TP Link AC 1750 access point

I have about 30 devices tied to my network and everything is working fine currently.

I want to replace the EERO with a TP Link 1750 and I'm wondering how difficult this would be for me to do this.

  @Chuck767

if you had router and AP before, I see no reason why you can not do it again. Setting up an AP is harder than setting a router up to a modem.
