Archer A8 Network Map "No Internet Connection"

I've installed this unit as an AP.
When accessing the menu from the tplinkwifi.net login page and checking the network map it indicates "No Internet Connection"
yet the connection is good and transfers data.
The AP is etherneted from the main router LAN to the LAN port on the AP.
There is also a Win10 desktop connection to the AP LAN port from which I access the menu.
The unit has been hard reset and repopulated with the correct data.
Doesn't matter what device I access the AP from, the menu stil indicates no internet available.
Any ideas?
