I have seen a few ways to stop the intermittent dropping of my connection but have been unsuccessful. It will randomly cut the internet connection while still giving a Wifi signal. It is so intermittent that I cannot be there every second to identify what is actually happening. It is so new that I thought this would be easy. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

  @Armyjal

what do you need to do to restart it? If nothing, review any modem logs that you may have as I would suspect the ISP.

If in a high volume wifi area, try different channels.

  @Armyjal

Was this on the 2ghz or 5 ghz or even the other 5ghz connection?

Could be the channel,
I swapped my 2 ghz to channel 1 (40mhz width) , 5ghz-1 to channel 52 DFS (160mhz width) and 5ghz-2 to channel 100 DFS (160 mhz width) and I have yet to see the drops anymore (KNOCK ON WOOD)
OFDMA Enabled
Smart Connect Disabled (Critical you change this as 2ghz and 5ghz devices may kick eachother off in rare circumstances)

This was for a single home environment

Try disabling the second 5Ghz channel
