No 240mhz option
No 240mhz option
I would like to enable 240mhz channel width for 5ghz on my Deco BE63 but its grayed out in the app and I cannot enable it.
I also have another question, does enabling MLO network improve backhaul speeds? I heard that enabling the MLO network will improve backhaul speeds and I was wondering if that was true.

@Pelt4672 no it's useless, it's a bug, the agents don't know how to fix it. I tested with a different router just to double confirm DFS channel usage.
it appears TP link is intentionally blanket disabled the 240mhz channel with option by default in the firmware, when it shouldn't be (eg for us folks who have no restrictions around its usage).
If you have a mismatched satellite that doesn't support 240mhz width, add it to your network. Then goto remove - after that the 240mhz width will no longer be greyed out and you will be able to select it.
it will remaining using the channels until the main deco reboots then same issue again. It's another TP Link bug with this unit that is frustrating the community of owners
