AX3000Pro just stopped working, I have reset modem, router, factory reset router, called provider to verify connectivity, changed cable several times. The internet connection light turns green then moments later disconnects again.
Was there a firmware update that just didn't work recently?
I would bypass the router and connect a pc direct to the modem. See if you still have the issue. Then you know which direction to go.
