Model: Archer AX55 Pro
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20240121 rel.56156(5553)

I bought the TP-Link Archer AX55 Pro recently from Amazon.

I moved into a new home and had brand new custom cabling Cat6 installed.  All cabling is new and testing well.

Upon installing the AX55 and connecting to my 1.5Gbps service from Cox, my wifi6 speed tests through speedtest.net bounces around the 1.1gbps down and 300mbps up.

On Lan Ports 1,2,and 3, only port 1 is running at 1000Mbps, all others at 100Mbps.

To rule out bad cabling, I used my old Netgear Gigabit Router, on the same cabling with the same devices and Lan Port speed tests ranged from 800Mbps-1Gbps.  So I know the devices and cables are capable of running those speeds.

The AX55 is set to Negotiate at 2500Mbps Full Duplex.  I had it set to auto negotiate, as well as 1000Mbps, and no change on the Lan Port performance.

The AX55 stated it has the latest firmware.  After updating firmware, and after each change to negotiation settings, I have rebooted the router and devices.

I am certain this is a software issue of some sort and I'm hoping someone here has an answer.

I have verified that my cables and devices can handle the 1000Mbps through testing with another router.

I only switched from the Netgear gigabit router for the better performing Wifi6, but the lan port issues may have me switching back.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

  @AZRE

I would suspect a bad router or bad connectors in the router or wires. If one of the eight wires/pins is not making contact, then the speed will drop tp 100.
