@KC244 I have the XE75 and I did a firmware update and my whole network died can't get it back online customer service has been of no help I'm demanding a new unit or my refund so I can purchase netgear Orbi.  But have you contacted customer service yet?  I did for 2 days straight and honestly they really haven't been of any help honestly they suck and they know it I have a feeling they sent updates untested that are bricking the mesh routers

Thanks for your info. I just finished chatting with them and they need to bring my case to their engineers. This is my second day dealing with them and I am frustrated. 

  @KC244 See I have al lthe time in the world to be a pain in the behind to them about this..so in 2 hours I will be contacting the and screaming my head off via chat and phone demanding to speak to a manager.  It's sad that they don't have the courage to just either send new units or refund peoples hard earned money...like I know they are reading this and don't care.  But here it is your product sucks, your firmware update sucks, and your customer service really sucks
