Hi,

I'm wanting to use my own router (TP-Link AX1800 Archer AX21) instead of Frontier's provided router but for some reason when I connect to their ONT (Nokia G-240G-A) through the active port, I get no service. Even if I connect directly to my computer, again no service. It only works when connecting to their router first. I have never had an issue connecting my router to any other modem (fiber or cable) but for some reason the only way to use my router is to connect their router to the ONT and then connect my router to their router through one of the LAN ports. Can anyone help me figure out how to bypass their router and use my directly?
