Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.5 Indoor nodes, 1.2.6 outdoor node

Long post, trying to include all pertinent information. I’ve had a x50 POE system with 3 indoor nodes and 1 outdoor node since December 2023. The orientation is as follows- ISP modem to main deco, then from main deco to an unmanaged switch (TL-SG1008MP), then ethernet to each of the other 3 nodes, all POE. This system worked wonderful until the last month or so. Now at random times the internet will stop working, followed by all devices disconnecting from WiFi. The status lights on each deco along with the ISP hardware indicate the system is normal. About 2 minutes later the system will reconnect to everything and perform fine with no intervention from me. I’ve gone through and tried disconnecting devices, turned off fast roaming, changed DNS to Google and nothing has fixed it. I’m about ready to trash it. I originally made all the cables, and thinking I may have messed one up I purchased new ones and replaced the self made ones with no improvement. I’ve tried using the AC adapters thinking the switch may be at capacity as well. Any suggestions? I was reading about someone that had a loopback issue, and the system was randomly switching to WiFi backhaul. Is that what this sounds like? My log file is full of errors that mean nothing to me.

  @fishbowl

Since your log is full of errors I'm going to have you open up a support ticket and upload your logs so they can take a look at them you can find the instrustions on how to open the ticket below.

1. Email support at support.usa@tp-link.com.
2. Include the model number of your Deco router, as well as the hardware and firmware versions.
3. Describe the issues you are facing and send the email.
4. Within a few minutes, you will receive an automated response with a TKID number.
5. Upon receiving this email, please access the Deco web UI by entering "tplinkdeco.net" in your browser. Navigate to Advanced > System > System Log, select "ALL" in the log type, and save the file to your local computer. Then, reply to the email you just received, attach the log file, and kindly request that your ticket be escalated to a senior engineer for further assistance.

Little update- tonight it did it and I had a network logger running. I've attached a snippet of the log when it occurred. What's weird is right before that the date is incorrect.
