Cross-network Communication
I recently purchased and began setting up the TP-Link Deco AXE5400 Tri-Band WiFi 6E Mesh System (Deco XE75) with three separate Wi-Fi networks: a standard network, a guest network, and an IoT network.
I'm facing an issue where devices on my standard network cannot communicate with devices on the guest or IoT networks. Specifically:
- I cannot print from my laptop (connected to the standard network) to a printer that needs to be connected to the guest network.
- I cannot cast music from my phone (standard network) to a Google Home Mini on the IoT network.
I would like to configure my router to allow devices on the standard network to access specific devices on the guest and IoT networks, while maintaining the security benefits of network segmentation.
Could you provide guidance on how to set up inter-VLAN routing or adjust firewall settings or do some kind of thing to allow this cross-network communication? Thank you in advance!
