X20 and M9 not connecting to new BE95
Hello,
I have an existing Deco network of X20, M9 and M5 that I am upgrading but I have run into a snag.
I replaced 1 of my X20s and 1 of my M9s in the network with two new BE95s to improve the connection out to a Sunroom that was getting VERY slow network speeds. This very successfully increased the network speed to the Sunroom, however now I am finding that my remaining Decos refuse to connect to that BE95.
Previously one of the X20s I had, would have an X20 and M9 connect to it, and then it would connect to a second X20 that was connected via ethernet to the main deco.
So Garage (M9), connected to Sunroom (M9) which connected to Living Room (X20) which had an ethernet connection to Server (X20).
However now that I replaces Sunroom and Living Room with BE95s, Garage is trying to connect Directly to Server and getting a very weak connection that is unreliable.
The physical locations of these Deco have not moved, Garage is still much closer to Sunroom and would likely have a very nice strong connection (like when they where all X20s and M9s)
So now I get Garage (M9) very very poorly connecting directly to Server (X20) while Sunroom (BE95) very strongly connects to Living Room (BE95).
I even tried with a M5 i have left over, configuring it sitting next to the Sunroom (BE95) and it still refuses to connect to that BE95 and instead makes an extreamly week connection to the Server (X20).
The X20 does not let me configure what node it should try to connect to so I cannot find a way to force the logical network topology.
Any advice? I have fixed my speed problem here with the Sunroom connection but I appear to have sacrificed my Garage connect to do so.
