2 of 3 units connected and working, third unit started up and was connected but after firmware update it will no longer reboot fully

I have tried completely removing all power for hours before plugging it in and won't get beyond solid yellow light on top

I have tired the reset button for 1 second many times and it will not start to blink yellow, just stays solid yellow

just purchased the set this morning 2/27/25 so this was initial installation
