Firmware Version: 2.2.1 Build 20250725

I have a device under Administration that I cannot remove and do not own. I did buy the router from someone, and I have bound the router to my TP-Link Account, it has already been factory reset. 
 

Why can I not remove this device?

The device is under device under System>Administration>Local Management for further clarification since it will not let me edit my first post.

Another factory reset removed it, but its back again!
