Why it's so hard to get an English speaking person for TP link. My experience with TP Link really sucks. Nobody understands English or what I'm trying to say or do. I opened a box with the Deco 11,000 one of the clients would not hook up. I called customer Support immediately I told him I could not registered or anything of that sort online the information they told me to take pictures of step-by-step and that I've done so still waiting for TP link. They said they contact me within two business days have not Support keeps on sending me the same stuff. Do you want me to go back over Support now? I don't need you to do support again and again and again. The Support gentleman walk me through found out the client was bad request sent an email to the warranty to have it replaced. Nobody warranty has contacted me whatsoever and not very good customer service would not
