Recommended : Switch to 0  Channel Width
 

I'm getting this message in the Deco app regarding my five satellite units.  System consists of three XE75 and three X50 outdoor units.

Can't say I've personally seen this error either. 🤔

 

What's your phone OS and Deco app version?

 

The next step I recommend is to get in touch with our support team and provide your Deco app log so our engineers can look into this further.

 

For instructions on gathering your Deco app log, see our FAQ: How to collect system log of Deco app

 

Then, send an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:

 

Subject: [Forum Escalation][ID 861752] Zero Channel Width Setting

Forum Nickname: [GU812]
